1. Service Overview

Welcome to WX Agents, a service provided by WX Enterprises Ltd. By signing up, starting a free trial, or using our services in any capacity, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

WX Agents provides AI-powered voice and chat agents designed to help businesses automate customer interactions.

Our platform includes two service tiers:

  • Starter Agent – AI Chat only (£197/month)

  • Pro Agent – AI Chat + Voice Agent (£297/month)

Each plan includes a 7-day free trial, after which your selected subscription fee will be billed monthly via Stripe unless cancelled.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Free Trial Policy

The 7-day trial begins immediately after your onboarding or discovery call when the card is added on file.

  • You will be billed automatically unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial period ends.

  • No charges are made during the trial, and cancellation within the trial window incurs no fees.

2.2 Monthly Subscription

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

  • If a payment fails, we will notify you and provide up to 15 days to resolve the issue. After this period, service may be paused and data may be deleted.

2.3 Rebilling

  • By using WX Agents' services, you agree to pay for any SMS, email and phone charges incurred in connection with SMS messages and emails sent to your clients. This also includes phone minutes used by the AI. These charges are billed separately and must be paid in full. They are usually only £5/month, this amount can very based on customer volume. You are required to add a card on file in order to be billed these charges. Our services will not be operational until a card is on file and credits have been added to your subaccount.

2.4 Cancellation

  • Cancellation or failed payment will result in immediate suspension of access to your subaccount

  • You can cancel anytime

5. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete business information.

  • Respond to content requests, revisions, and onboarding steps within 48 hours to avoid delays.

  • Participate in scheduled calls for onboarding and support where applicable.

If you fail to provide essential setup information within 7 days of trial activation, we reserve the right to pause your account or terminate the free trial and associated support.

6. Data Ownership & Usage

  • You retain ownership of all data submitted to your account.

  • WX Agents does not use your data to train external models or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

  • Your conversation data is stored securely and remains private, subject to the limitations of our third-party provider, GoHighLevel.

  • We may use anonymized usage data to improve internal processes and system performance.

7. Third-Party Infrastructure

WX Agents is powered by GoHighLevel, a third-party software platform. By using our services, you also agree to GoHighLevel’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for errors, outages, or data loss originating from GoHighLevel or any connected platform.

8. Limitations of Liability

WX Enterprises Ltd is not liable for:

  • Business loss or missed revenue due to downtime, AI error, or miscommunication.

  • Errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information.

  • Issues resulting from client-side misuse or misunderstanding of the platform.

All services are provided "as is" without warranties of specific performance or outcomes.

9. Modifications of Terms

We may update or improve our terms of service at any time. All changes will be communicated via email or posted to our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
WXSUITE is operated by WX ENTERPRISES LTD, a UK-registered company.
